Installation USB for this Product

Some issues with installation but otherwise fine

My installation pen drive arrived well on time and installation and download went well. However there was no request for input of the PIN code. I tried the alternative option of the download link but again there was no option to input the key. Fortunate my daughter understands computers better than I do and she eventually managed to input the code and registered the program to me and all is now well and running smoothly, thank you to software Kent for all assistance with other questions, all in all a very good company to deal with and I would certainly purchase from them again

USB worked fine and software loaded first time.
