“And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit.” — Luke 23:44, 46
The sixth hour was noon. Not evening, not night — the brightest part of the day, and the sun went out of it.

The quality of the SIXTH HOUR cross necklace is unmatched in my experience. It will always serve as a meditative piece for me. The accompanying cord is sturdy and will survive in the shower. The customer service is the best in the industry! Love this site and the family behind it!
