Brisket

Awesome Brisket! Trimmed it up and didn't lose too much in the process. Rubbed it and let it rest and then fired it up in the smoker overnight at 225 degrees, low and slow. Tremendous taste and texture. I will definitely buy Snake River Briskets again!!

I really enjoyed this delicious cut. It was larger at 16 plus pounds so removing 3 to 4 pounds of fat was not too bad. I enjoyed it a lot and will be freezer the rest for brisket pieces for tacos, enchiladas, beans, etc...Nice stuff to have on hands. You will be truly be pleased to put two slices on a breakfast sandwich as I think is upper level! I love every brisket I've bought at SRF.

Best brisket and the size is usually 17-20 lbs. consider 3-4 lbs of fat trim and after all cooking is done you will have around 9-12 lbs of clean juicy brisket
