Love blue beauty been using for three years now!

I was disappointed with the kit. It didn't have any of the rods with it. For the price of these I could've bought a full professional kit from another brand. Its hardly a kit, when it doesn't come with everything needed. I had to go back and order those. Regardless of how the lift comes out. Its way too expensive. The letting and setting cream isn't even individual packaging. For this price, they should be individual my packaging. As a small business owner I lime to know how many treatments I can do, I can weigh off the pros & con's.

I was very disappointed when my package arrived empty, especially since I have been a loyal customer for many years and love the products. However, after I reached out, the team responded, apologized sincerely, and worked to resolve the situation.
