I ordered a gimbal, to level up my content creation, and was excited when I found out a tripod and microphone could be included at a discounted rate. I received the tripod and microphone really quickly, which was great. But it's been weeks and I've still not received the gimbal. Their chosen courier has been a total shambles, and I've been struggling to make any progress with Hohem to get the gimbal delivered. Ridiculously stressful and unnecessarily stressful process, would not recommend at all. As it stands, I've paid a lot of money for a product that I've still not received..
