The pillowcases are not made from mulberry silk, as advertised on your website. The material is clearly satin (synthetic), and feels like plastic — it is not silk. When I requested a refund due to false advertising, your response was that “occasionally products may not meet expectations.” A product failing to meet expectations is very different from a product not being what was advertised. This is not about expectations — this is about misrepresentation. You are not selling what you claim to be selling.

Terrible. Cheap, basic rectangular pillowcases, not custom made for the pillow shape and not silk (no material tags). They might have spent $.10 cents making these but they charge $40. I can return them, but I have to pay for my own shipping to China. notice they don’t tell you that you are purchasing a product from China when you order. Very poor decision to purchase from this company.
