I have high hopes for the freeze dried cauliflower And I have opened a bag and it looked really good and I tasted 1 pc but I haven't had an opportunity to rehydrate And I have opened a bag and it looked really good and I tasted 1 pc but I haven't had an opportunity to rehydrate it and see how that goes from there. If I get a chance to do that in the near future I will reevaluate my review. The product is very good-looking as far as what I expected But as I said until I try rehydrating But as I said until I try rehydrating it I won't be able to give it a complete review

I honestly like the freeze dried cauliflower better than regular, raw cauliflower!! It is such a healthy snack.
