3x Iro Hold (free 2x Clips)

purchased this product to use on my salon chair, but it does not work as advertised. The holder does not stay securely attached to the chair and keeps sliding out of position. The hair dryer also does not stay securely in the holder and keeps slipping. Because of these issues, I cannot safely or properly use the product for its intended purpose. The product does not perform as advertised, so I am requesting to return the entire order for a full refund. I have already contacted the seller multiple times and have not received a response.

Need to return doesn’t fit my station tables and no customer service on helping me return I’ve tried for a month email after email also never got clips as advertised
