I have 4 therabody products now and find them all good but this is my least liked product. It is very hard. l to short and when on its hard to keep it in place. I really need longer before I can give a good review, I have really only tryed it 2 times. Maybe Im doingnsomething wronge. Ill edit this review in 1 mth it may turn out to be amazing

Perfect for Deep Muscle Release & Recovery
