Overall a great band

I love the color and the band itself. Extremely soft and very comfortable. My only problem was the first one that I received. After only wearing a few times, the band started to unravel. The wonderful thing is that it was replaced 100% without additional charge and not having to send the old band back. Very good customer service.

Really nice sports band

Love the feel of the band! Work out in it all the time and feels great. Lightweight/ breathable. Mine did rip about a week in but was able to get a new one to replace it. No questions asked!

I will never shop Solace Bands again!

I am very upset with solace bands. I placed an order in June for five bands all but one came and those came after three weeks. When I inquired on the One gray pearl band. I was told it was on backorder. They would get another one out another five weeks went by and I checked in again and was told that I received it early July but that was the order that I had already received. I had to convince them that I did not receive it and it was not part of that order even though I had emails to show that no one said anything about my dissatisfaction just that they would give me 25% off any other future ones, which is already the normal discount everybody gets when I finally did receive the gray pearl band. It had been two months since I placed the order and that to me is unacceptable. If a company doesn’t have the inventory to support the sales they need to not sell. While I do love the bands, I will never order from this company again. They do not care about their customers. They just care about their bottom line and making money.
