Adjustable Stocking & Garland Mantle Hangers

I sent a message to this company asking for the missing parts. Without the bracket that holds the piece that will actually go underneath mantle and tighten to hold each hanger, this is totally useless. There’s no way it will work or hold anything without that part - and all 4 hangers are missing that same part. I’m hoping customer support will see my email and reply with good news. I will update my review if this is resolved.

Je n’ai pas consulté l’évaluation de ce produit et je regrette, c’est vraiment nul comme support, difficile a assembler sans instructions et tout est croche(vis et trous de vis mal alignés) je déconseille ce produit , beaucoup trop cher pour ce que ca vaut

I’m very disappointed! My order is missing multiple parts and the screws they sent are too small to put anything together. Don’t waste your time/money
