Perfectly converting AVR speaker level outs to unbalanced RCA line level for my powered front speakers

I bought the SVS SoundPath Speaker Level Subwoofer Adapter to use not with a sub, but to adapt a pair of powered speakers to an AVR that lacks any line level outputs. These speakers (Yamaha MSP10 studio monitors) are my front speakers in a surround setup and they only have balanced XLR inputs. So I am running the AVR (Onkyo TX-SR494) L+R front outputs through the SVS adapter to the Yamaha speakers. I am running unbalanced RCA to XLR wired cables from the SVS adapter to the speakers. The sound quality is excellent with plenty of gain to drive the speakers to adequate volume levels for my needs. I don't hear any issues at all with music or video sources. I am very happy with this device.
