the meat and salmon were packed well and very frozen. The steaks are great quality, but small cuts. I like the quality, but may stop due to how tiny these are. I searched for bigger cuts, and they have them but expensive. I recommend these again for how good they are, but I eat two minimum at a time. I would love it if there was a middle ground. The company delivers what they advertise, so its my own fault. This kind of thing is for the wealthy.

This particular delivery, came without the dry ice inside the thermal package! This upset me very much because my items were lukewarm and many were not frozen any longer. I did call and speak to a representative and she did remedy the situation, but I pray that it never happens again because I had to leave a lot of food out and cook it before I intended to because it was already thawed..

Best quality for value AND supporting local farmers ans ranchers! Highly recommend!
