Repair Was Perfect

I had a problem with my pencil in that I couldn't get it to show lead. What needed to be done was more than my age and eyes could handle, so I sent it in for repair. I got back a working pencil way before my next use.

Bad experience

It took the pen less than 5 days to malfunction! And no one will respond or send me a new one since they said it’s guaranteed and warrantied . I emailed them with my issue and concern , they said they will send me one and that was it. Never received one or got a Response after that.

Very good pen & notebook. Perfect match for the ink. Smooth writing. No bleed. No smudge.
