I love it
It was a little sweet for me, but I added a little bit more water but other than that I liked it. It did help me control my appetite after 6 o’clock. I can’t wait to try different flavors. Thank you.

Taste really good and it helps to control my cravings
I drink it everyday and I enjoy drinking it. I don't use the whole scoop as the instruction said. Its too sweet for me. I use 3/4 scoop and I also starting to add lemon. It helps to control my cravings.

I thought I would switch the trim fit for control but unfortunately I felt nothing with Control so I will return to Trim Fit. As of today I have not received either Control or Trim fit. Not the first time I have had issues with subscription delivery
