Rechargeable Heat Mask

Great product, ease of use. I appreciate the 3 different levels of heat offered along with the ability to use the optional eye mask covers for cleanliness. I would only suggest adding an optional extension strap for the head strap. The head unit is slightly snug, and my head size is 7 3/4.

Great heat mask with a few issues. The light is incredibly bright which annoys others while I’m using it. It also can only be charged with the provided usb-A to C cable instead of the usb-c to c I already have.

Love your product!

It is a little hotter than my previous one (so I can just change the setting if I choose.) Also, it seems to re-charge more quickly. Finally, I don’t remember receiving a small sheet to protect the eye piece last time. That’s helpful. I am still blown away you were willing to send me a new one even though the warranty has just expired. It does seem that the 2 eye pieces are a little further apart than the first one. (Personally, the first one fit me better.) I also have your eye mask that I sleep with. I sing your praises!
