Infinity Flow™

Took a really long time to get and it was absolutely NOT the device in the picture. The strap is of very, very low quality. customer service was polite. but of no assistance. Even though I bought the "Pro" version, the one I received had a similar, but different shape, different button and none of the nodules on the corners of the device. And, the device won't charge because the cord won't stay seated. Customer assistance insists it is the correct product. There are even visual differences in the quality when you compare the pictures. I messaged back, but have no response. I am very disappointed.

Seems like a knockoff, its not like the picture and when I contacted the company they told me it is indeed the infinity flow. The power button and display is also different than advertised so I still dont think it’s authentic. Battery doesn’t last as long as stated either so be prepared to charge it after every use because it wont last for 2 15 minute sessions even thought the battery should last for 3 hours! Don’t waste your money!

1- The package and its contents had the worst dock/fish smell to them 2- The item does not seem to have any affiliation or label connecting it with an Infinity product. It seems more to be a cheap knockoff of the product ordered. The item does not have the Infinity Flow labeled on the product itself as advertised, it came in an unbranded brown box labeled Multifunctional Fascia Ring. 3- I ordered the Infinity Flow Pro- it was supposed to come with the nodes on the top and bottom corners. This only has the middle nodes. 4- The Infinity Flow Pro was supposed to come with 6 levels of intensity and 3 modes. The product sent to me only has 5 levels. 5- The Pro package purchased was to come with a 90 day drainage program- directions were not sent to email or provided in the brown box the device came in. It will not hold a charge, although on the charger for a few hours. it will do a 15 minute operation. giving some time to pass since its last use, it acts like a car studdering on bad gas.
