Infinity Flow™

let me start by saying it took a month and a half to arrive. Wasnt delivered when it said it was. It says the 18th, wasnt delivered until today, Oct 28th. Secondly, it wouldnt stay running longer than 5 minutes and was physically HOT to the touch after those 5 minutes. I charged it when I got it to see just how long the life was... this is absolutely trash. didnt come as "infinity hoop" brand. it came as some temu knockoff in an off-label box. Scam! It doesnt even look or function like the videos.

What arrived was not what was pictured. I spoke with customer service about it, and they were kind and quick to respond. But it had already been a headache after waiting so long for shipping confirmation, then the back and forth about what I received being a previous model without branding, I just wanted to start using it. I wish I’d pushed to return it and receive what I actually ordered. The model I have overheats in about ten minutes and the battery life is awful. I ordered the 6 speed vibration plus 3, and this one only goes to four before doing the weird staggered pause and vibrate settings. I was so excited to get this and the whole experience has been underwhelming, or just flat out disappointing. The quick responses from customer service are the only reason I give it any stars at all.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. This product is nothing like what was advertised. I normally read customer reviews before making a purchase, but I skipped that step this time. Perhaps it was one of those late-night purchases where the advertising catches your attention. Ironically, I came to the reviews simply looking for instructions on how to use the product. Instead, I discovered numerous negative reviews from other disappointed customers. After reading their experiences, I decided I wasn’t even going to bother turning the device on. I also reviewed the company’s return policy, which requires the product to be unused and returned in its original packaging. While I have not used the product, I find the packaging requirement ridiculous. The product didn’t even arrive in branded packaging. It came in an ordinary brown shipping box. In my opinion, this is misleading advertising, a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this product.
