Grace truly took the time to creat a comprehensive and fun lesson for cookie decorating. She didn't hold back on sharing the information she learned along the way. This was truly a fun project that myself and my daughter truly enjoyed and plan on enjoying for a long time!

My daughter and I have been watching Grace’s videos for a while and I finally decided to purchase a class and make some cookies. The snowflakes class is so beginner friendly and a great starting place for someone new to royal icing. I already feel confident enough to try a more challenging class. I loved that the workbook tells you weights for each icing color. Grace was speaking my language there and you can tell she puts so much love and care into the workbook and class.
