RETRADISC

The product took over 3 months to ship, i asked for a refund and was told i would get it but never did. They ended up ignoring my refund email after sending another follow up, instead they end up shipping this super cheap feeling cd player anyway, and to top it all off it literally had 2 permanent scratches on the plastic disc cover. There's no way they shipped a new product to me because thing looks like it's been used by someone else. The small LCD screen also looks like it's been handled and scratched already. DO NOT ORDER THIS, save yourself the stress. They take AGES to ship, and WILL NOT refund you.

Horrible, do not buy this product. Have been waiting on a warranty replacement since the beginning of August due to product being broken upon arrival. They’ll send you false hopes of getting a replacement and never send it. I don’t usually review product but I’m upset with this company for not keeping their word. I have emailed them over and over again and kept in contact with them and Kickback never sent anything after a little longer than 3 months. Pathetic. Attached are the most recent emails demanding a refund on the most recent one.

The product description is misleading. I ordered the “green” option. I received the clear version. The item looks used. It has multiple scratches and other signs of wear. The item is non-functional. It took a ver very very long time to be delivered.
