Ninja Detect Kitchen System Power Blender Plus Processor Pro with BlendSense Technology, Black - Certified Refurbished

I would rate this product with 5 stars except for the day I received the product the bowl was broken ( I sent pictures 5 mins. after opening the package ). I have sent a request for replacement and Veri got back to me saying " order number ***** is on its way. Big problem that original order number is received. They have NOT yet sent me any new information on my new replacement bowl and accessories. It's been over three weeks.
