Bad customer service

Customer service takes forever to respond. Chat delays response is 24 hours between messages. They are sloppy and almost sent me the wrong size, didn't bother to double check my order. Took a week + to organize an exchange and I finally had to call. There is also very little interest in making things right even when they are making mistakes. Pretty disappointing. Thought an American company would be a little better.

Worked great for a long, cold pulk trip

Excellent boot, very comfortable and warm. The traction is also excellent. I've been in 25 below with real feel 56 below. Feet stayed warm. I strongly recommend them.
