Terrible Product & Company

Received Cross Compression Shirt as ordered, however it's very small and not true to size. The material is uncomfortable and fit are is odd (aside from being too small). Reached out to the company, they responded quickly, apologized and offered to send a larger size to fix the problem. Great! Said they're out of black, so we opted for white. No response. Weeks later after sending 3 more emails to follow up (last attempt to ask for refund and where to return shirt), still no response. So we are stuck will a small, ill fitting, uncomfortable shirt and our money. Very disappointed. I don't enjoy writing a poor review but, even more, I don't like being taken advantage of and poor customer service.
