Mystery Jersey

Ordered one for my daughter for her birthday, and we had some issues upon the jersey's arrival. We reached out to give some feedback and express our concerns, which were well received. Incredibly amazing customer service, the jersey's are brilliant quality and came in well-packaged.

Jersey is nice but I received a Chicago Blackhawks jersey and I already received Blackhawks jersey from a previous mystery drop. Not the same player but I really don't need a second Blackhawks jersey. I know these are mystery jerseys but I did indicate in the exceptions the jerseys I already received from you. I never imagined I would receive a second Blackhawks jersey. There are 32 NHL teams and with all of those to choose from, it seems like I could have received a jersey from a team I had not previously received. While the jerseys are a good price, they are not a "bargain" for me if I can't receive a jersey from a team I don't have yet. I think I may have to refrain from future mystery drops unless there is some way to guarantee I don't receive another jersey from a team you have sent me on previous drops. I have a very limited amount of money I can spend on this type of thing and it's just not cost effective e for me to continue otherwise.

Absolutely worth the price! I received an autographed jersey for $85, and even if I hadn’t, it would have been a jersey worth more than what I paid. You cannot beat it! I also appreciate that the autographed jerseys come with documentation of authenticity. I look forward to trying my luck again in the future. Amazing company for those that enjoy hockey and blind grabs.
