The Stand seem of good quality but one part was damaged and after my complaint and asking for exchange there was no reaction up to now I still hope that the company will do its best to exchange the item

Horrible. Not “adjustable”. The joints are movable but need to be tightened down with TWO allen wrenches on either side of the joint once in a liked position. Base is not sturdy enough to keep from tipping when using an ipad. Had to remove an arm at a joint just to get it balance better. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.
