Luna Watch

Stones fell out within 3 days of wearing it :/ I absolutely adore the watch. It took a while to get delivered, but they reached out to me before I had to and expedited it. Apparently there was an issue in stock. Anyway, i got the watch and a few other items, and immediately put them on. I was so excited to finally have a piece from Caducci because I had been seeing their stuff everywhere. After 3 days of wearing it, a stone fell out. And then 2 more fell off in the following 2 days. I reached out to them the first time a stone fell out, and I still havent gotten a response. But yeah. I love the other items. I fear I may have gotten a bad batch? :( If not for the stones falling out, it would be 5 stars for sure. No tarnishing/green skin.

It took a while to get the order because they ran out. But once I contacted them, reminding them that I was still waiting for it they expedited the shipping. The designs are so cute and petite. It was exactly what I was looking for. This one is by far my favorite.

I’m disappointed with my experience with Caducci. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times about the watches I received and provided photos, but my concerns still haven’t been resolved. The watch faces I received are marked “BS Bee Sisters” and “GEDI”, rather than Caducci. I also asked for clarification about whether the watches are actually gold plated, but I have not received a clear answer. My original concerns are still unresolved. I hope Caducci will address this and provide a reasonable solution.
