Perfect. Works exactly as advertised. It makes the gripping of the plastic bait and the control when threading the hook so much easier than without. It is very easy to thread the hook through the centre of the plastic and using the scale on the top gives you the exact position for the jig head point to emerge from the plastic bait body so it sits in the correct position.
