Infinity Hoop™

I ordered a Tiffany Blue Large XL hoop and a Pink XXL-XXXX HOOP. I didn't not recieve what I purchased. I fo not not understand if I ordered said for 2 hoops why didn't I get what I paid for and who asked you guys to remove my hoop from my order? this is very unprofessional when I saw a cancel I reached out and notified you I didn't cancel i need my hoop. I was already ready to get started and bought my daughter a hoop to work out with me but I don't have my hoop!!

Ok but not what I thought it would be like using it . Definitely looks smoother online lol

I ordered the infinity flow (with a free flow band), and the infinity hoop, and I only received the hoop out of the order. I did not receive the flow or the flow band.
