Capri Watch

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times about the watches I received and provided photos, but my concerns still haven’t been resolved. The watch faces I received are marked “BS Bee Sisters” and “GEDI”, rather than Caducci. I also asked for clarification about whether the watches are actually gold plated, but I have not received a clear answer. My original concerns are still unresolved. I hope Caducci will address this and provide a reasonable solution.

They also sent all 5 watches in 2 presentation boxes I want to return the order

Such a beautiful piece, you can tell how much care went into designing and making it. I love that they provide a tool so you can remove links of the watch is too big
