Hormone Balancing Elixir

Love it so far!

Flavor is amazing! It says you can use each package three times, but the taste really isnt the same. it really watered down after the first use of ingredients. especially the brown rice, it just falls apart after the simmer. So i usually just eat the infresients!

Wrong Item Shipped

Package arrived with the correct outside bag, but inside contents were NOT the hormone balancing elixir. Because I did not know that until I opened the bag, I could not return and felt that customer support was more focused on getting the item back and figuring out what happened on their end than any consideration of making the situation right. It was then on me, to print the new shipping label, package the faulty item (mispackaged from their team) and then also go to a shipping center to deliver it back to them. I still like their products, but customer service on this one was a little disappointing.
