This e-book contains very good advice on drawing figures and poses. I like the style, since the male and female figures are attractive, but not too exaggerated and unbelievable like in Manga/Anime. It covers Proportions and Construction, Anatomy, Poses including Contrapposto and Action Poses, Clothes and many examples. In my view the only negative aspect is, that the order of the pages and the table of content could be better.

Very in depth and useful book. Can be used on its or as supplemental, which is how I recommend using most drawing books.
