Disappointed

The straightener has an okay feel to it but unfortunately doesn't seem to work as well as others. I tried on numerous heat settings but I'm still having to do multiple passes just to get the frizz down. My hair is not overly curly and even just doing touch ups requires multiple passes. Takes me FOREVER to straighten my hair now whereas my last straightener took a few minutes.

Straightener seems great and I love the brush. The box it came in was unnecessarily large and many of the claw clips arrived smashed and broken. I took photos but just haven’t messed with the inconvenience to get them returned. Hassle. If box would have been smaller the straightner wouldn’t have moved all over inside it and broke item. Assuming, this is what happened ?
