Solar Black

Love it! Been looking for an attractive affordable skin diver with a vintage vibe. Shedfield nailed it! Plus, they took the affordablity aspect to the next level. I’m ready for a few others once they get restocked

I love the size and the design of the Solar Black. Very easy to read, very legible. However, I'm disappointed in the lume. The lume is not bright and fades quickly. The lume pictures on the website are misleading by being "enhanced". I was also disappointed to see the so-called drilled lugs are only for looks. The spring-bar actually uses a hole near the drilled lug. Despite these issues I actually enjoy wearing the watch. It has a regular spot in my rotation.

Lotta watch for the price. Nice proportions. Nice finishing. Accurate so far. Lume is acceptable. My first FKM strap and I’m not mad at it (but also haven’t had it in the pool yet). I think is is hands down the best way to go if you’re in the market for a solar quartz watch.
