Tea going sour overnight

My first box was really good & would last for a couple of days in the refrigerator without getting a soured taste.. my last two boxes seem to be different.. I can make a gallon in the evening & by next morning it has a soured taste.. can someone please explain this to me or tell me what to do.. I only let tea bag steep for 30 minutes & then refrigerate immediately in coldest part of fridge

I was quite skeptical of how the cane brew tea would taste but it’s great and it’s easy to make. I’ve cut soda way down in my life due to this tea.
