Works Great…when it works

I am on my third unit. Hopefully this one will last more than a few months. The customer support has been excellent throughout the process but has been frustrating to have to keep replacing the unit. I also feel the directions for descaling this particular unit are very unclear. Some instructions say to leave the fan running, some say to turn it completely off, also read about detaching the pump to soak but not aware that you can do that on this unit. Needs to be better and also, why is the descaling powder never available on the website.

The hype is true! Worth every penny!

This is such an amazing product - it really does do it all! The app is also phenomenal and I love that you can set schedules and it just does its thing - every time - right on time. The customer service is also top notch and they were incredibly helpful when I had an issue. They really went the extra mile to understand my concerns and address them. I just cannot recommend this air purifier enough - it’s a great product backed by a really great company and I couldn’t be happier!
