A revelation in a bag
I didn't know a potato chip could taste like Sunday dinner. Frying these in beef tallow instead of seed oil changes everything — the crunch is sharper, almost glassy, and there's this savory, faintly beefy richness underneath the potato that makes plain oil-fried chips taste like styrofoam by comparison.
They don't go greasy-soft after a few minutes either — tallow holds its crisp much longer, so the last chip in the bowl hits just as hard as the first. Salt clings better too, probably because the fat has more texture for it to grab to.
Would eat an entire bag in one sitting. Do not regret it.

Too much salt!
Due to feedback , your company upped the salt! Its too much! They're too salty now!
They were better the way they were before… the salt now overpowers the potato/tallow flavor… anyway that's my opinion

I love your chips. They remind me of a lical chip factory in Scottsbluff, Ne. I remember going there for a field trip when I was in elementary school. Your chips fit into my low sodium diet, but it will take a long time before I can use them up.
