Hardy Plumbago (Ceratostigma)

The replacement plant I was sent arrived broken, wilted, and covered in webbing - maybe spider mites? I gave up contacting you again at that point. I did, however, try nursing the damaged plant along. It is now completely dead.

I bought four and only one looked DOA as the stem had broken off completely. The roots were not as good as I am used seeing in previous deliveries but I think at least the three good ones may be able to survive.

A few plants were nothing more than sticks. I have them inside under light now, shipping was hard on them.
