Love, love, love these! Best price I could find online. The dials change with ease and now I can finally progressively load more weights within the comfort of my own home 🥰.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Order fully arrived within 4 days. One box came in 3 days and the other 3 the day after. It does state that items will be sent separately. The dial is a bit stiff at first on the dumbells. There is a reset button on the underside on both ends. Hold this in and turn it and it frees it off. There is also a couple of little holes next to the button that I have found out can be used for lubricating every once in a while. So don't be put off by this. The instructions were clear and easy to follow when assembling the bench and dumbell stand. This is also a small company trying to build. I was pleasantly surprised to have got an email from the founder of the company making sure everything arrived and I was happy. So support them and but from here. I am not endorsed by this company in anyway, this is just a honest and happy review with the service I have received.
