This carrier was amazing for the first two months of use. The waist band felt supportive and comfortable. Unfortunately it does not hold up and has lost its structure after 2 months (and my baby is only 4 months old). I reached out to support in hopes to get it replaced and they told me it’s part of normal wear and is not covered under warranty. Crazy to me that they say it’s normal to not fit the same after two months and my baby is only 15lbs. Cannot imagine how it would be if I used it as they say “up to 40#” Extremely disappointed. Should have gone with wild bird.

Easily my favorite buckle carrier. No need to break it in or deal with multiple bulky padded areas. We love the removable, washable cover. It's perfect for tandem wearing which is a messed with triplets.
