Exactly what a busy mom who wants to get in shape needs. I hate protein shakes so water protein is awesomesauce. . yeah added a photo of working out/ curling my hair. While watching the kids. This protein makes life a little less complicated. Worth the price to protect my sanity.

I enjoyed this product. After working out, I like to have a little protein, but I prefer not to drink heavy shakes. 10gm protein in 500 ml water is just the right amount, and it is refreshing.
