Got sent the wrong side option and when I complained i was told its a universal fit for both sides but thats clearly not the case as it does not fit on the opposite ear. So i asked to do a teturn for a refund and ive now been ignored.

Top pieces' adjustable parts could be more flexible. Sits awkward on the ear not as big as pictured.
