Beautiful, but not as efficient as I’d hoped

I love this slow cooker as far as the style goes, but I am struggling with it in an area of greater importance than looks. I cannot seem to get it to get warm enough. Nothing that I’ve cooked in it has reached a point of true heat, even after being on the high setting. I’d love some feedback from the company as to wether this is normal for the product or the possibility that the particular product I received isn’t functioning properly.

This kitchen tool is amazing!!!! I had a snag which i believe to be user error with oats and support could not have been any better!! So willing to help. Then made a chuck roast using g the sear mode to start. All juices stay!!! Clean up a breeze. The entire unit looks nice on the counter. Usually my crock pots are stored in my lower level until using. Run to get yours!!!
