Your product is excellent! What puts your company above the rest is the third mounting bracket on your 7' plus runs of handrail. You always need that third mount! Also, quick turn on a custom length as the same price and I was also impressed with the shipping packaging. Your rails are deffinently not getting dinged up in transit. The one thing I would suggest is one more customer service touch point when buying. I bought them on your website and got a confirmation of sale, nothing with approximant delivery times. Two and a half weeks later, I thought I may have been scammed and starting making calls. In the end, thanks for an amazing product. I wish I could upload pics...the stairs turned out great!
