Great flavor. Great steak.

The steak was delicious. It was a bit more fatty than we would have liked but literally gnawed on the bone, it was so tasty and flavorful. We only seasoned w a bit of salt.

Perfect intersection of quality and value. I’ve never found this quality of meat at a supermarket. The quality and care is next level and I will absolutely continue to buy my meat from Iron & Acre!
