5-Star Product but Moderately Frustrating Ordering Experience

The farro is wonderful. It’s so nutty. It’s great to see a clear Canadian farm origin. It’s not pearled so it has the full grain and bran/germ. I would not hesitate to buy it again. I took a star off because Flourist and I had to have a little back-and-forth that was a bit frustrating. They initially sent me one incorrect product out of the two I ordered. I emailed them as soon as I got it and heard nothing. Then I called the posted customer service number a couple of days in a row and there was never any answer. Then I emailed again and still didn’t hear back for a bit. Eventually they did answer my email and ship out a replacement (with even a little box of apology lentils), but they said in that email that they would send me the tracking number that day and they didn’t and I had no idea if they had a actually shipped the replacement until it showed up on my doorstep. I just wish the experience had been smoother because the quality of the product is excellent.

All the products are fantastic quality. I love that I know who grew them in Canada.
