Products are always good, but packaging this shipment was badly damaged and the bag of pasta that was included was torn open. We had to throw the pasta out. Still can’t believe that the package was left in this condition…it was clearly damaged product. Good news was that the bottles in the order were so well packed that they were unharmed.

I have two homes and I keep Pasolivo lemon olive oil in both as a staple. I sauté and roast vegetables and meats in it. It also makes a wonderful salad dressing particularly when paired with Pasolivo Blackberry balsamic vinegar . I use it in baking muffins because it amps up the other flavors, and I use it in pancakes and waffles to avoid boring bland breakfasts. Great product!

We use this in our salad dressing with a hint of mustard. A recipe Pasolivo sent years ago now. Yummy. It adds a hint of lemon to anything you want. Guac, avocado toast, etc.
Sopping it up with toasted sour dough is also wonderful.
