Better D3 + K2

A year ago I decided to clean up my diet and lose weight. Of course this involves eating healthy. I am now in my early 70s and I have been using the D3 plus K2. At my age, I was concerned about losing bone density. I weight train six days a week and I take my D3 plus K2 daily. I did some research on why the K2 is important to combine with the D3. Well, I look and I feel great and I continue to lift heavier.

Not sure if only one of the three products I purchased is making the difference in my improved wellness, or if the combination of these is what is working so well. I purchased D3+K2 and the magnesium glycinate, as well as black seed oil.
