Oracle Ring

thought it came with stand . all it had was a charging cord. wore it at l east a week now. takes some time to get use to the bulky feeling on your finger. I noticed it does not have correct times of sleep . for instance one night it said I went to bed at 9:30 and woke up at 7...lol I actually went to bed at 11 and woke up at 6.. Also my fitbit steps do not even come close with my ring.. The app will not read until you tell it to. it dont just show up like on a fitbit. Pretty I give it that but not worth the money if they dont send you what they say comes with it.. very dissatisfied...

Customs stopped my forst order but they reordered and shipped it back out to me ! It was a gift for my dighter for her bday so im was happy to get it in. She lovesssss it!

If I could give this product zero stars, I would. What’s worse than the ring not working as it should and not tracking my sleep AT ALL, is their customer service. I’ve explained to them what is wrong with the tracking. They had me troubleshoot. I did ehat they said, it still didn’t work. I sent them the screenshot proof of how it was not tracking my sleep. They then asked me to send a video of thr ring not operating correctly. How on earth am I supposed to take a video of the ring not tracking my sleep, while I am asleep?? Do not waste your money. Go ahead and just buy the more expensive one from the get go. Otherwise you’ll be out even more money because they will not refund you.
