The bed frame and night stands are fantastic. shipping was fast and the product was very well packaged. Bo styrofoam and basically was axle to recycle ev! Assembly was a breeze and the furniture is beautiful. Don’t hesitate to purchase, it’s the best thing I’ve bought in years.

Customer Service was exceptional

I ordered the classic king bed frame with headboard and 2 nightstands. They arrived quicker than I expected. I had planned the arrival of my new king mattress to coincide with the bedframe arrival. When the bedframe arrived, the head board was missing. I immediately emailed customer service and they got on it fast! The headboard arrived the very next day literally an hour before my mattress showed up! The bed frame was very easy to put togehter with one other person. The quality is very good- very sturdy and no squeaks. The night stands are very nice too! I love the sofe close drawer. The quality of this furniture is so much better than anything I have seen in the stores. I am considering purchasing a sofa and coffee table next.

I placed the order on September 14. The shipping estimate was 7 to 10 days. It is now October 4, twenty days later, and the order still has not delivered completely. In that time I have sent more than 22 emails. Every reply has been some version of "Let me check with the team." No one has ever come back with an answer. Each time, I have had to write again just to receive that same response. To be clear, Thuma's customer service is responsive. What it is not is accountable. Every message passes my question to someone else, and that someone else never returns. I do not think this is what Thuma stands for in terms of professionalism and work ethic. After twenty days and 22 emails, I need a real answer rather than another handoff. Thanks.
