Variety 5-Pack

I have made these muffins in many varieties from scratch for about 10 years! I love having the dry mix as an option to make a batch more quickly. I also love the waffles! Elyse gave me a tip to freeze them and reheat in the toaster for a quick breakfast! This is great! I worried about the taste or density with the protein, but they are delicious! Hopefully the mixes will be in a running or grocery store near me soon!
