Delicious!

I consume these bars right before my HIT workouts at 530 AM, and it gives me the perfect carbohydrate load I need to push hard without bonking. And it’s like eating a dense rice krispie treat, only more delicious and without any GI issues. Highly recommend!

Delicious and pairs well

Previously, I would take a Honey Stinger waffle on my runs, but I had choosen an untested flavor (Peanut Butter & Chocolate) and it did not travel well or pair well with my Mango flavored Mortal Hydration or the fruit flavors of my Salt Stick gummies. Then I found these puppies and have been very happy as the texture is just right (think: warm rice krispies treats ... well, the warm part might be because of my being a dessert runner) but despite the heat and the jostling around, the bar remained solid and delicious. The flavor is sweet but does not have a distinct flavor, which I welcomed because I didn't want to have a repeat of mismatch flavors. Will buy again.
